Ingredients for Immune Boosting Winter Citrus Smoothie with Hemp Seeds:

  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and seeded
  • 1 orange, peeled and seeded
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp hemp seeds + a little for serving
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

Description

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add water if needed for blending.
  2. Serve with hemp seeds.
  3. Enjoy!

  • 3 ripe peaches
  • 4 cups arugula
  • ½ cup roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil (or another neutral oil)

  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Description

  1. In a large bowl add arugula, peaches and roasted pistachios.

I don't start my day without having this in my yogurt, the health benefits are second to non. I have no inflammation in my joints and my stomach has never felt better. I love the nutty taste and will snack on them in the afternoon.
I love it. Great source of vitamins, etc. to add to just anything you eat. I make an overnight oatmeal breakfast and I add about a tablespoon or two of this product along with pumpkin seeds, flax, almond milk, honey and fresh fruit. Delicious, nutritious, healthy and keeps you filled up for several hours!
