Himalayan Pink Salt is pure and free from any contaminants. This product possesses aroma and sweet and salty taste.

The composition of the Himalayan pink salt includes calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, and iron.  In addition, it contains phosphorus, boron and chromium, fluorine and iodine, manganese and molybdenum, selenium and zinc.

You can use Himalayan Pink Salt in various ways:

  • Drink a salt solution inside to saturate the body with useful substances.
  • Take salt baths to relieve fatigue and elevate mood. Adding to the salt of vegetable oil or a mixture of oils contributes to the nutrition of the skin, and essential oils will present the stunning aromas of nature.
  • Replace table salt in cooking.

Ingredients for St. Patrick’s Day Sesame Crackers:

  • 1 2/3 cup wheat bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt — Super Fine
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Wash the spinach and put it in a blender together with the water and blend until completely smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, and sesame seeds. Stir to combine, then add in the spinach-water and olive oil. Stir to combine again, then mix and knead with your hands until it’s a smooth dough. Add more flour if your dough is too sticky.
  4. On a lightly floured parchment paper, roll out the dough as thin and even as possible.
  5. Cut it with a knife or pizza cutter length- and widthwise. Carefully pull the parchment paper with the crackers onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes (until they get crispy).
  7. Let them cool off and enjoy!
