By adding more spices and raw vegan foods to your diet, you encourage healing and promote a healthy body. One especially beneficial spice is fennel — which contains a variety of vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, fiber, essential oils, and more. You can try this popular spice and experience its health benefits for yourself!

Benefits of Fennel Seeds

These seeds are full of healthy antioxidants that may protect your cells against free radicals. Fennel seeds are a rich source of fiber and minerals such as copper, manganese, iron, calcium, potassium, and more. You can’t ignore a complex of vitamins that come loaded in this tiny seed. Since it also promotes healthy circulation and reduces blood pressure, fennel is beneficial if you or a family member has high blood pressure.

How to Use Fennel Seeds

Fennel is a widely-used spice in cuisines from India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and the Middle East and is also an ingredient in Chinese five-spice powder. Use fennel in sauteed vegetable dishes and enjoy the slightly sweet flavor. Alternatively, you can use the seeds in a smoothie to reduce the impact of cooking and enjoy the seeds in their fresh and whole state. Many Indian restaurants offer roasted fennel seeds after meals because they aid digestion and freshen the breath. Food to Live makes it convenient to buy fennel seeds online, whether you want to enjoy their flavor in meals or make them a regular part of your diet for their many positive health benefits. Order yours today! Note, these seeds are not sproutable.

Nice! Get em! Food to live is by far the best company I have found on Amazon to order from. They always have the best deal and best quality product. I trust them. Every time I'm looking for something of that sort I type in food to live in the search bar to save time sorting through the others. I am always happy when I find that there is a food to live version of a product. These fennel seeds are fresh and good and I use them in my French Press with other herbs to make a wonderful tea. I will soon be using them in making my own bitters such as fennel bitter. They are soothing to the stomach and have then one of the many things that have helped to wean me off of acid reducers One person found this helpful.
On time, perfect condition, as expected. Arrived on time, perfect condition, as expected. Have not used as yet. Will update if any issues surface, but none expected. Would recommend to friends.
Sweet and Fresh. I really like this fennel, nice and sweet and fresh

Great flavor. I bought a pound of these fennel seeds in February 2017 and was very pleased with the flavor. I use fennel seeds in sauces and these add a great flavor to the sauces. I would buy them again.
