We supply cashews as fresh as it gets since most of our clients love the creamy texture, so we don’t go through the air out process. You will taste the tender attention we put into these bite-size organic snacks at each step of the process.

Once kernels of the cashew-apples picked by hand, its time for a process called  ‘Flores hand-cracking’ system. In this process, the hard shell is split open by an experienced craftsman, careful not to damage or crack the delicate creamy nut inside. Following additional cleaning by hand, the raw kernels dry lightly at 45°C (113°F) for three hours. Processing at low-temperatures qualifies our raw cashews to be correctly marked and sold as ‘raw.’

This Cold Process allows these nuts to keep their valuable nutrition. Cashews loaded with antioxidants, healthy monounsaturated fat, and minerals such as manganese, copper, and phosphorus.

What is the difference between cashew sizes?
Cashew nuts have different sizes: W240 grade cashews are the largest in size. The number refers to how many cashews fit approximately in 1 lb. W320 is smaller than W240. The higher the quantity, the lower the size.

Ingredients for Vegan Cashew Cream Cheese:

  • 80g plain cashew nuts, soaked in hot water for at least an hour (or overnight if you don’t have a high-powered blender)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of dried rosemary
  • Sea salt, to taste


  1. Drain the cashews and add into a high-powered blender along with the oil, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Blend for around 1 minute in a high powered blender, or around 3-5 minutes (or longer if needed) in a lower power unit, until it has formed a smooth, thick paste that resembles cream cheese. If it is too thick, then add a little warm water.
  2. Transfer to a small dish and sprinkle over the dried rosemary. Use as a substitute to cream cheese in any dish!

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for a minimum of 4 hours, washed and drained
  • 1/2 cup rice milk
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 ripe mango


  1. Combine all of the “yogurt” ingredients in your high-speed blender.
  2. Blend for a couple of minutes or until you get a silky rich cream. Pause as many time as is necessary to scrape down the sides and fold any remaining chunks of cashews into the cream.
  3. Transfer the “yogurt” into a jar or airtight container.
  4. Allow cooling in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Top with ripe mango, coconut flakes, and lemon zest.
  6. Store the “yogurt” in the fridge for up to 3 days.

These are the freshest and best organic nuts. They are also the best price I have seen. We are very happy with our purchases. We only buy these raw organic cashews for our cashew milk, cashew cheeses (cream, cheese sauce, sour cream, etc) No other cashew has ever compared to the quality. Yessss! So good! I love these cashews and find them to be a high quality nut that tastes delicious right out of the bag. However, I've also used them in a variety of ways.... I soak them and use them to make organic cashew milk (with a medjool date or two thrown in for sweetness and a little vanilla for flavor), and it's the best nut milk you can imagine...my favorite way of using these nuts. I've thrown them into smoothies to add creaminess without any dairy, and I also use them to add creaminess while cooking. I've added them to roasted tomato soup instead of adding heavy cream, to cream of cauliflower soup instead of milk or cream, into a variety of pasta sauces for creaminess, etc. They essentially replace milk/heavy cream for me, and you don't even need that many nuts! For example, I made about a quart of the roasted tomato soup, and I only soaked and added about a scant handful of them to give them an amazing creaminess and velvety texture.

These are the best raw cashews I've ever eaten. Fresh, sweet, unblemished and delicious. Excellent product. Here's a recipe for a sort of "creme anglaise", it's really a coconut-cashew cream and it is divine! It's absolutely AMAZING over fresh berries in the summer. Soak 1/4 cup cashews for 1-4 hours in filtered water and strain. Put them in a blender with 2 cups home-made coconut milk (canned-full-fat coconut milk would work too) Blend for 2 minutes and the softened cashers are smooth and liquified. For that real creme anglaise taste, I add a little bit of honey or maple syrup and a dash of vanilla. OMG - Heaven!
These are Amazing! I ordered the 4lb bag. Shipping was super fast! I do see in many of the reviews that the "USDA Organic" symbol at the top of the bag was not there and honestly, that almost convinced me not to buy these nuts but I decided to take a chance simply because I wanted the bag size and I wanted Raw nuts. I am glad I took the chance. My bag DOES have the USDA Organic mark on the bag and they are incredibly YUMMY!!!! My bag says the country of origin is Ivory Coast and they are packed and distributed by LexUnder Inc in Brooklyn, NY. It also says they are certified organic by "A Bee Organic" I am incredibly pleased and will definitely be ordering again!!!
These cashews taste fresh. They are not salted, and don't need it at all. I received 4 pounds of them on time, in whole grains, a few days back, and they are already almost finished! At this price, I guess I would have to work harder to afford them! Now, after a few months, I reordered. But, this time I ordered 8 pounds of them. So hopefully they will last longer! They are too good to last! But, since they are healthy, and my wife starts liking them too, then, I could tolerate if they don't last twice as long. After all, we work hard, and we afford them, and therefore, most probably, we deserve their tasty freshness.

I have been buying from this company for over a year now. I use raw cashews in many recipes, from roasting them with many different flavors of spices, to using them to make vegan cashew cheese recipes in my vitamix. Great quality, the bag they come in is resealable so they stay fresh.
