Enjoying a healthy diet plan requires a few changes to the snacks that you eat. Although the best diet plan for your specific needs will depend on several factors, making a few changes to your current dietary habits can have a noticeable impact on your overall health! Trading out processed snack foods for better alternatives, like pistachio nuts, takes you a step closer to a healthy diet. It can also help you reach your weight management goals without giving up the pleasure of a delicious snack.

Benefits of Pistachio Nuts

The key reason to enjoy pistachio nuts is their high content of protein and fiber. They also have lots of magnesium and vitamins (especially vitamin B6) in every serving. These nuts indeed have a large amount of fat in a single one-ounce serving. However, they have a smaller number of calories when compared to other nuts. As a result, they are the right choice if you are trying to lose weight. It might be one of the best ways to enjoy the health benefits of nuts on a diet. The monounsaturated fats they contain, make pistachios rather heart-friendly.

How to Enjoy Pistachios from Food to Live

Enjoy pistachios as a snack between meals to boost your daily intake of essential nutrients. They taste fantastic as they are but even better roasted. You can also make salted or otherwise flavored pistachio kernels. Just roast them in olive oil and toss in spices while they are hot. Our pistachios are raw, unsalted, and have no pesky shell to remove. They are also premium quality and gluten-free. However, you can also use them for making savory pistachio butter. It’s a very nutritious substitute for dairy butter that most vegans love. You can also try making pistachio milk and paste. Both can be sweetened and utilized as a baking ingredient. Pistachio tastes mildly sweet and creamy, so your smoothie will benefit from a handful of it. Buy pistachios online from Food to Live for a simple, convenient way to enjoy these nuts. You can grind them into flour, sprinkle on salads, add to cereal, or make a fantastic pesto.

Great Salad Topping. I love these pistachios. They don't need the usual bath in salt. Combined with seedless red grapes they make a simple salad into a tasty filling meal.
Great product. I buy numerous items from this seller and have enjoyed every one. YOu can mix the nuts and put them in a zip loc or just keep them in the resealable bags. I will buy this again
Fresh. No Shells. I bought the three pound bag because it was so much cheaper per pound. I use them to grind and make pistachio gelato and ice cream. Using fresh nuts and grinding your own is better, fresher, and cheaper than trying to find pistachio paste at the store. I stored the extra nuts, unground, in the freezer.
Taste great*, and the bag weighed 3 pounds, just as the label stated... Was looking for non-roasted pistachios as they retain more of the healthy aspects of this tree nut. It took me a bit to get used to the taste and now believe I'd probably only eaten roasted ones in the past. While I don't find the taste all that pleasant alone and in this raw form, they are fresh... and taste especially delicious when mixed with other nuts.
These are perfect for healthy snacking alone or tossing in a salad, mixed with popcorn, or in cereal. Finding raw pistachios from a reputable supplier is not an easy task. After researching a bit, I found these by Food To Live and now I'm hooked. Buying a bigger bag made sense as I knew I'd want more and it costs less per ounce that way. My toddler daughter and I eat a handful almost every day and have not found any stray shells or rotten pieces. These are perfect for healthy snacking alone or tossing in a salad, mixed with popcorn, or in cereal. If you're a pistachio lover, do yourself a favor and get the big bag too.
