How to Cook Thai Hom Mali Rice
Stovetop
- Take 1.5 cup of water for each cup of rice
- Bring both to a boil
- Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes (covered)
- While still covered, let it rest for 5 mins
Rice Cooker Method
- Take 1.2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice
- Select long-grain rice cooking in settings and hit start
Bear in mind to store Thai Hom Mali fragrant rice in an airtight container that keeps out moisture and dust. If stored in a cool dry place its shelf life reaches up to 1.5 years.
