Good product to help you eat healthy. Good quality ziplock bag allows for re-closure. The powder is a heavy but even consistency and I love the fact that it is not so dry that when you handle it it becomes a dust cloud that can accidentally be inhaled. The flavor is mild and it does not impart mis-taste to even a vanilla or chocolate smoothie and blends easily into any veggie or fruit smoothie. It is mild enough to sprinkle onto other foods as well such as salads, veggies, or can even be added to dips.

Great Stuff! Healthy and convenient! I sprinkle it on lots of things, from yogurt to just about anything. I keep it in the fridge, for extra freshness, although you probably don't need to do that.
