Organic Farro Grain is a type of wheat that has been cultivated since the ancient times. Organic Farro is special because unlike many other grains it almost hasn’t changed and preserved its initial form. It originated in Mesopotamia but became widely used all over the world and is gaining more attention every day. Organic Italian Farro by Food to Live is pearled and steel cut, implying it has the bran layer removed and has been cracked into pieces. In contrast with whole non pearled Farro, ours cooks much faster, thus will significantly save your time in the kitchen. Moreover, Food to Live’s Organic Steel Cut Farro is non-irradiated, which means it hasn’t been exposed to ionizing radiation.
