Ingredients & Nutritional Value
Food to Live’s Organic Granola is lightly sweet with a tantalizing aroma of coconut. Its base consists of our 5-star Rolled Oats, Roasted Hazelnuts, and Pecan Pieces and is tied together with flavorful Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, and Vermont’s finest- Organic Maple Syrup. A unique addition to this wholesome blend is Organic Ground Golden Flax Seeds. Flax Seeds are packed with an outstanding amount of Omega-3 fatty acids, a family member of polyunsaturated fats (aka good fats). Moreover, we added Organic Coconut Sugar and Coconut Chips for a fantastic tropical taste that’s rich in Calcium, Iron, Potassium, and Dietary fiber. Organic Sunflower Seeds and Organic Almonds join forces to become the ultimate nutrient powerhouse component of our recipe.
Designed in our home kitchen, with lots of love, Food to Live’s granola is baked to perfection. Carefully selected organic, and all-natural ingredients perfectly complement one another for a delicious crunch. So, cozy up to breakfast food lover, and supply your body with the fuel it needs for a productive day.
Ways to Enjoy Granola:
Snack or breakfast – granola is always a good idea! It can be served over fresh yogurt, as well as enjoyed with milk of your choice. You can also add it as a topping to your smoothie, or enjoy it as a quick snack in its natural form. Sprinkle some on your baked goods, ice-cream and Acai bowls, Chia puddings, and infamous French parfaits.
Food to Live Organic Granola will work great for a vegan diet.
Tip: To increase the nutritional value of your breakfast, even more, we recommend topping Organic Granola with Organic Mixed Berries or simply fresh fruit.
