Enjoying a healthy diet does not mean that meals cannot have exquisite taste and flavor. Eating a diet that includes healthy spices like mustard seeds provides several health benefits and allows you to enjoy a variety of food options!

Health Benefits of Mustard Seeds

Mustard seeds add a touch of bitter flavor to a meal that is perfect with fish. When combined with a healthy diet and exercise plan, it helps reduce the risk of developing certain health conditions. Like many spices, mustard positively benefits the digestive tract.

How to Use Mustard Seeds

These seeds make an excellent addition to a spicy meal, such as Indian cuisine. Add the seeds to the pan after the oil heats up and crackle before adding other ingredients. Only combine ingredients like onions, tomatoes, or other vegetables after the pan has tempered with mustard seeds for the best flavors. The spices will add a touch of a bitter taste to any meal. You can also extract mustard oil from our high-quality mustard seeds. In addition,  grind them into a flour to make your mustard use as a condiment. Incorporating healthy spices to a meal plan is a great way to help you reach your personal health goals. Whether you’re focused on losing weight, avoiding disease, reducing the risk of developing lifestyle-related health conditions, or improving current health after being diagnosed with a health condition, mustard can help support your health. Buy mustard from Food to Live today for an easy way to improve flavor in the kitchen and support your family’s overall health!

Get your mustard seeds here! ood value in a quality yellow mustard seed-pack. Taste good in my pickling brine recipe. Makes a nice homemade mustard also. If you want to sprout them they are sproutable. That's everything I require in a mustard seed at a good price.
Great Value. I purchased this to grind for drinks and dishes. I use a conventional coffee grinder for many dry goods: rice, black beans, chia seeds, dried citrus rind, etc. These seeds are a great value.
These are great value and quality if you're into canning mustards. I haven't used them for other cooking applications, but they're flavorful without being too strong, and absorb liquids well. There is enough here to make at least 8 batches of homemade mustard for the pantry cupboard. So if you're canning a year's supply, this one bag is enough.
Arrived exactly s advertised. Was purchased to make my own mustard. Experimenting with recipes now. This mustard is exactly what it says. Came in a heavy duty bag, with a good seal. Important because it will take a while to use 10 lbs. However, price was only twice the price of the one pound size. Flavor is the same as store bought powdered mustard. I grind it with a coffeespice mill and it works perfectly.

best buy ever. I love them, they are fresh and have a shelf life of 3 years, I even tried sprouting them and they sprouted. Now i can grow mustard plants in the spring.
