Try using these instead of pine nuts in your next pesto, it is out of this world. Also, we put some in a potato salad to give it a crunch, and the crowd loved them. Just what I needed. Exactly what I wanted! I like to make my own trail mix, and I only like to use nuts and seeds that are raw, and have no salt. I could not find any pepitas in stores that aren't roasted and they all have salt on them! Gross. Nobody needs all that salt. I was very happy to find these and I am satisfied with the product. Just plain, raw pumpkin seeds.

Very good source of nutrition! We recently overhauled our diet and were encouraged to eat more grains, seeds, nuts. A specific recipe we were making called out for pepitas so we decided to give it a try. Wow, were they good. I was surprised that even raw, they were very tasty on their own. They really did lend to the flavor of the soup we were making too. I definitely see myself buying these again.
