Great quality. Oh, I'll be ordering another bag of this as soon as the first one is gone. This is great stuff. I love having so much on hand, and great quality.
Very good for home made soup. I used this is some home made (slow cooker) soup. Except that it cooked up to much more then I thought it would, it was great. Hey, cooking up to more only means the package will last longer. For those that should have certain beans or potatoes in an effort to keep carbs down, this may work out better. It is lower in carbs then some ingredients I used to use.

Product arrived quickly and was just as represented. Made barley mushroom soup and the barley cooked up well after soaking for a day. Live well, live healthy!
Great in porridge and soups. Nice pearl barley, i cant get it in stores where i live. I prefer pearl to rolled, difference is similar to that between steel cut and rolled oats. Clean product, securely packaged. Tasty and just crunchy enough in our porridge and soups.
Slow Cook Barley is Best. The grocery stores around my area only carry the "quick, 10-minute" kind of barley, which, to me, seems to get mushy and over-swells. This pearl barley is the slow cook variety and worked exceedingly well with my Thanksgiving casserole. Will definitely order again.
