  1. Chop a handful of pistachios, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, and goji berries; set aside.
  2. Melt cacao paste in the microwave, stirring every 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Mix in honey, melted coconut oil, ginger powder, cinnamon, whole pistachios, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, and goji berries.
  4. Pour the mixture onto parchment paper on a baking sheet, spread it out, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and the reserved chopped nuts and berries.
  5. Refrigerate for about 1 hour to set.
  6. Break the chocolate into various pieces with your fingers.
  7. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for several weeks. Enjoy!
