INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan with cooking spray, then dust lightly with flour.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together semolina flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, melted butter, orange juice, orange zest, and yogurt until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared bundt pan. Tap the pan gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. While the cake is baking, prepare the syrup. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ½ cup fresh orange juice and ½ cup sugar. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through, until the sugar is fully dissolved. Set aside to cool.
  8. Once the cake is still warm, poke deep holes into it using a wooden skewer. Slowly pour the orange syrup over the top,
  9. Allow the cake to sit in the pan to absorb the syrup fully. Once cooled, invert it onto a wire rack to remove from the pan. Slice and enjoy!
