DIY 1 Hour Refrigerator Pickles

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced into wedges
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp black or yellow mustard seeds
- 1 tsp dill seeds
- 1 ½ cups white distilled vinegar
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 2 tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place cucumber slices, seeds, and spices in a jar.
- Heat vinegar, sugar, and salt until they simmer. Let it cool.
- Pour the cooled mixture over the cucumbers. Seal and refrigerate.
- Wait at least 1 hour and enjoy!
