INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Tear the nori sheet into small pieces and put it in a food processor. Blend until it looks like flakes.
  2. Add beans, lime juice, mustard, salt, and pepper to the processor. Pulse until your vegan tuna salad is the texture you like.
  3. Transfer it to a bowl and mix in celery and bell pepper.
  4. Enjoy it on its own or make a sandwich. Just scoop some of the “tuna” mix onto one slice of bread, add your favorite toppings, and place the second slice on top.
