Red Velvet Hot Chocolate
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tsp beetroot powder
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp cacao butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and gently warm over low-medium heat, whisking frequently.
- Once warm, remove from heat and pour into 2 cups.
This version is unsweetened. If you want to make a sweet version add 1 tsp of maple syrup.
