INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp popped amaranth (or puffed quinoa)
- 2 tbsp nut butter of choice (or seed butter for a nut-free option)*
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized puffs.
- Place them on a parchment-lined tray and bake for 10 min.
