For Garlic Butter:

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs

  1. In a big bowl, mix milk and yeast and wait 5-10 min.
  2. Add butter, sugar, eggs, salt, garlic powder, rosemary, basil, and thyme. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, and mix until the dough is smooth but slightly sticky.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
  5. Grease a 9×13 pan and roll the dough into 12 balls, smoothing the top. Put them in the pan, seam side down, and let them rise for about 30 min.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  7. Bake for 15-20 min, until golden brown.
  8. For garlic butter, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and herbs. Brush over the rolls if desired. Serve warm. Enjoy!
