Ghost Iced Matcha Latte

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water (around 175°F/80°C)
  • 3/4 cup cold milk (any milk of your choice, dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp marshmallow fluff (for the ghost inside)
  • Sweetener (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Marker (for drawing ghost faces outside)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Use a spoon or piping bag to spread the marshmallow fluff inside the glass, forming a ghost shape.  
  2. On the outside of the glass, draw a spooky ghost face using a marker. Let it dry for a moment.
  3. In a small bowl, sift the matcha powder to avoid clumps.  
  4. Add the hot water and whisk vigorously using a bamboo whisk (or a milk frother) until smooth and frothy. Let it cool.
  5. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the cooled matcha into the glass.
  7. Add the cold milk and stir gently. Sweeten to taste if desired. Enjoy!
