    This sentence is not always true especially when eating raw food:
    “Remember that you need to consume fewer calories than you burn if your ultimate goal is weight loss.”
    I know of a lot of people that had lost a lot of weight when eating high raw foods. They were concerned about counting calories, and not exercising at all. Although exercising is a good thing, I’ve seen and experienced weightloss while eating raw food without exercise…even when eating lots of dishes made of a nuts, seeds, and healthy oils. I’ve read it is because they have living enzymes.

      I’m sorry, I meant to write that my friends and I were NOT concerned about counting calories and also were not exercising and still experienced weight loss and also improved healthy.
