A Must-Try Broccoli Soup
You will need 200g potatoes, 200g broccoli, 1 small carrot, and 1 tbsp of heavy cream. Peel potatoes and a carrot after washing. Chop rough parts of broccoli stem. Pour water into a pan, bring to a boil, add a little salt. Put vegetables in boiling water, boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and carefully transfer to a blender and blitz until smooth. Season with creams and serve.
Best Beetroot Smoothie
Take 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any alternative milk
1 cup of mixed frozen blueberries
1 small beet peeled and diced (about 8 ounces)
1/4 cup of frozen pineapple
1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt use non-dairy yogurt to make vegan
1-2 teaspoons honey (optional) 
Put the almond milk, blueberries, beet, pineapple, and Greek yogurt in a blender and mix until smooth. Add honey if you want it to taste sweeter.

All you need is just to chop celery stems and parsley.
