I’m wondering how much weight goji berries lose in drying. My understanding is that a mature goji plant produces about 6 pound of fruit. I want to have 10 pounds of dried berries at the end of the season, so I’m trying to find out how many bushes I would need. As long as I have an approximate % of weight lost in drying, I can calculate backwards.

      Hi Ginny,

Well, normally goji berries lose 60-80% depending on your taste. So, I think you need around 34 pounds of fresh fruit to get 6 pounds of dry goji berries.
